Always have on your desk or  in front of you a full glass of refreshing water.

Water will remind you to keep your body hydrated all the time ..

You will have to get up  every little and a while which does good to your back and also helps the blood circulation and if you are working in front of a computer it give your eyes a chance to have a few minutes rest.

The Smart thing about this is 2 minutes to go for water 6 times a days is a total of 120 Calories burnt .! Way to go champion..!
